Spanning the Gaps hosts regular online information sessions for those who are interested in the Transition Foundations Program. These sessions provide program and course details, degree options, and information on student eligibility criteria and the intake process.

ONLINE Free Career & Education Exploration - CHOICES Guided Online Program Info Session

Choosing a career or new career direction and the educational pathway to be successful is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in your life. That’s why we have a week-long guided online program dedicated to helping you learn more about who you are, what is important to you, and what path will lead you to a meaningful life. We’ll look at what career and educational options may be right for you based on your interests, skills, and goals. We’ll also introduce you to resources and supports to help you move forward in your post-secondary journey. After completing the program, you will have access to a one-on-one coaching session to help you determine your next steps and the additional supports you might need to find your way.

This program is completely online, guided by George Brown faculty members and guest speakers who use activities, discussions and reflections to make the experience informative, insightful and fun.

"The Transitional Year Programme (TYP) is a full-time, eight-month access-to-University program. It is intended for adults who do not have the formal qualifications for university admission."
